Scanotron is a product of Netmana LLC, a Hawaii-based technology company (netmana.net). By using Scanotron (scanotron.com and app.scanotron.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Scanotron is a mobile web app (PWA) that lets you scan Pokemon cards and look up current market pricing. It is an informational tool, not a financial advisory service.
You can create an account using an email address and password, or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you subscribe, you are purchasing from Paddle, and their terms apply to the payment relationship. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may use Scanotron for personal or commercial card pricing purposes (e.g., pricing your collection, preparing for sales). You may not:
Pokemon, Pokemon card images, and related trademarks are the property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and their respective owners. Scanotron is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company or Nintendo. We use publicly available pricing data to provide market information.
The Scanotron name, logo, and application code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
Pricing data displayed on Scanotron is informational only. It is not financial advice, an appraisal, or a guarantee of any card's value. Prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any buying or selling decisions you make based on this data.
Scanotron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity — with or without notice depending on severity.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
