Refund Policy

Scanotron is a product of Netmana LLC, a Hawaii-based technology company (netmana.net). Here's how refunds work.

Free Tier

The free tier (20 scans/day) requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

Pro Subscriptions

The Scanotron Pro plan is available at $18.99/month or $199/year. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your billing relationship is with Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
Pro-rated refunds are not available. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the paid period, but no partial refund is issued.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@scanotron.com with:

The email address associated with your Scanotron account
The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund if:

The request is made more than 14 days after the charge
The account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
There is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
